At Be Prepared, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
